1.            Ownership of the goods supplied on an invoice remains with Alanco Australia Pty Ltd until the invoice is paid in full.
2.         All goods sold net 30 days to approved customers. By accepting the goods on the invoice the account customer confirms that they agree to pay their trading account within 30 days after the end of the month in which the goods were invoiced. Access to the account may be denied after this time. All other transactions by non account customers are strictly C.O.D. and no cheques will be accepted without prior arrangement.
3.         Goods are sold at prices ruling on the date of delivery irrespective of date of order.
4.         G.S.T. and other statutory charges will be included on invoices where applicable, unless customers have quoted an exemption declaration complying with legislation current at the time of delivery.
5.         Alanco Australia Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for goods delivered to carriers, transport authorities, nominated agents or the like, once Alanco Australia Pty Ltd has obtained the Third Party’s receipt for the goods.
6.         Alanco Australia Pty Ltd’s warranty for goods supplied is limited to replacement or credit for parts purchased from Alanco Australia and found to be defective in workmanship by the supplier of the goods.
7.         Alanco Australia Pty Ltd is a trade supplier and as such provides goods specified by the client. Alanco Australia Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for damage to property or personal injury incurred through the supply of inappropriate goods not meeting the manufacturers specifications of the equipment being repaired/replaced.
8.         Goods will only be considered for credit when they are returned
a)       In saleable good condition.
b)       In the original package where applicable, and
c)       Quote Alanco Australia Pty Ltd invoice number and date goods were delivered.
9.         Goods returned for credit 14 days after delivery are subject to a 10% restocking penalty.
10.        Goods returned after 30 days will not be accepted for credit.
11.        Any claim for shortage in delivery or damaged goods must be made within 2 working days of date of delivery.
12.        All prices, items and conditions of sale are subject to alteration without notice.

13.        Acceptance of these goods is acceptance of all these terms and conditions.
