Scheduled delivery with express delivery services

All metro orders places before 11am on a workday will be dispatched and delivered before 4pm on the same day.
All Regional orders will be delivered by the following working day.
All estimates are based on Business Days.

Shipping and delivery estimates

The 'Shipping' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be ready for shipment and shipped from our warehouse.

  • Items with longer estimates ship from our warehouse within the timeframe indicated (e.g., 7-10 business days).
  • Customised products will take longer to prepare and delivery will be determined by the work required to complete the product.

For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office address. If you choose this option, please include the name of your business in the address.

You can change your default delivery addess in the system when placing your order.

Standard delivery

In case of any problems with your delivery, Alanco will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please call the team at Alanco.
